Excellent location, just off freeway, close to San Tan Village where there are plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose, clean, spacious suite, fast wireless connection,

Like it so much that we extended our stay for one more day and look forward to returning.

Wish the bathroom was bigger and a separate sink in the bathroom.

This relatively new hotel/motel six stories tall so you will be constantly using the elevator. The rear door is very convenient to the elevator. There are no food machines in the hotel. If you want a drink, you must go to the lobby and use their 24 hour food service. The food kiosk works very well.
The spacious room is oddly arranged. Water in one area, coffee maker at the extreme other end of the room. The closet was also oddly arranged and difficult to access.

Please NOTE: The room entry doors are very heavy and set to SLAM loudly. If someone is departing near you, you will know it.

Arrived quite late after a long slog from San Antonio on the way back home. When it comes to hotels, cleanliness is key for me, and this one passes the test with ease. Granted, it's nearly brand-spankin' new, so it oughtta be clean, The location is, indeed, far from much of anything, but then again, that could be said for several Phoenix 'burb locations. On top of that, it's certainly a hell of a safe location.

All in all, was a pleasant stay - there's ample space in these Hyatt Place locations, which is a nice bonus.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the weekend after Thanksgiving. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything, but we didn't mind since we had a rental car. It is close to some shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions and recommending things to do. The rooms were very clean and large, and a nice TV. I thought the beds were very comfortable; however, my husband didn't agree. The bathrooms have a strange setup, they are kind of cramped, modern looking... But you have to stand in the corner to shut the door, because otherwise you get in between the door and the toilet. We were actually on the 6th (top) floor, which was nice and very quiet.
The breakfast was adequate, on Sunday it was pretty messy all over, but it was busy and I think the staff just couldn't quite keep up with the people coming in and out.
Also, one negative was that we didn't see a hot tub. We looked out at the pool but there wasn't one near, but we didn't look that hard either.
Over all, it was a nice stay for my husband and I... We didn't spend much time there except to sleep!

Stayed at this hotel in late October while in the Phoenix area for a wedding. Upon arrival, was able to do self check-in which was nice, and the nice lady who was working that afternoon gave us a tour of the hotel, and explained to us where we could find certain things.

Our room was clean, modern, and nice! The room was quite large, and the bed was very comfortable!

They have a small continental breakfast that is served every morning, and while I thought the spread was just fine, my friend thought it was small. The only prob I had with the breakfast was that while we were there, the hotel was hosting a couple teams so they went through the food pretty fast!

Like the title says, there isn't much near the hotel, as it is in the middle of no where, so if you stay there you are going to need to get a car. There is stuff about a mile away.

Would I stay there again....for sure!

The hotel was new and was very clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms had a nice layout with a couch on one side of the room and the bed on the other, with a tv that swiveled. The free breakfast was pretty basic (breads, cereal, fruit), but you could buy oter things like eggs and bacon. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel. They have free wifi in the hotel and two computers by the lobby to use for free. I really don't have anything bad to say about the hotel...but I don't have anything great to say about it either. We got a really good price ($52 on priceline). I would pay that again for this hotel, but I probably wouldn't pay the regular advertised price....
