“Great place to stop”
Reviewed 25 March 2014 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

This is not just a typical store to buy petrified wood but actually it's somewhat of a museum as well! The owner has his own extremely unique and awesome collection of petrified wood as well as fossils on display. There are some very cool pieces there, but alas, none of those are for sale. But don't fret as they have a gigantic selection of all types, sizes, shapes and uses of petrified wood for sale. Some are inlays for tables, some full-sized chairs as well as they have an entire water fountain display near the back. Worth the stop but be careful, you'll spend money!!

“Rocky Wonderland”
Reviewed 19 December 2013 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

I was looking for some good fossils for my boyfriend and this place has it all. Pretty well laid out and something in every category. The owner himself is an avid collector (his collection is on display at the shop) so you feel like you're getting the real think and not cheap imitations. Worth a stop.

“A Must See!”
Reviewed 14 October 2013 via mobile

This is THE gift shop to visit for petrified wood, native American pottery, Route 66 memorabilia, and everything else that is northeast Arizona. The prices can be a bit steep but the niche value still makes it worth a visit.

“Rocks of AZ”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

Want to take home some souvenir petrified wood (legally) as well as gorgeous rocks and other natural items? Don't miss Jim Gray's extensive selection of almost any of these items you would want. I was glad I was traveling by car, because I came out of his shop with several pounds of AZ rocks to bring home. Don't miss his coupon in the local travel newspaper.

“Wide variety of artifacts and petrified wood”
Reviewed 25 August 2013

The staff was very friendly and the store was well laid out. It was easy to browse around the shop and everything was neat and clean. It was amazing how clean the place was for being in the desert and the store had petrified wood everywhere. We loved brwsing the store.
