Extremely interesting museum to visit - we spent a good hour looking through this well kept museum and will take visitors there as it's well worth a visit.

If you are into history, antique furniture and interesting articles, this is the place for you. From the moment you step into the museum you get taken back in history to the Victorian era. The curator often takes visitors through the mueum relating tales and giving accurate information on the displays. My favorite part of the museum is the kitchen with all the antique kitchen equipment. The museum is also housed in the oldest residential building in Port Elizabeth.
