“Superb B&B”
Reviewed 11 November 2011

We stayed at Sleep Eezy B&B after a 3 day budget safari in the kruger park and wanted a relaxing one day stopover in Johannesburg before our flight home. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Also, there is a beautiful garden with 2 nice pools. Breakfast was superb. Also, additional facilities such as a lounge area are present. The best part of Sleep Eezy B&B is the warm welcome given by the owners. For example, they gave us a lift to a nearby restaurant and picked us up afterwards. They really care about their guests. Highly recommended!

Haven`t been yet in the garden EDEN but in my vision it must look like SLEEP EEZY. Everything was fine and the breakfast was the best we ever had in an accommodation for the last couple of years!
Clean swimmingpool, garden and lots places to relaxe you will find. Places to forget the time and in the end you will stay for some days longer.
We had a great time and we could relaxe at a place we will not forget! Hope we will have the chance to come again! Sleep Eezy just before the garden EDEN.

Situated not far from Johannesburg's international airport, this family run bed and breakfast has just provided the best stay I've had in any hotel in many years. Everything I needed was provided and ready for use on my arrival. I made the booking through Expedia, but wished I'd used Bookings.com as it was slightly cheaper. (I think the exceptionally helpful and kind owners preferred Bookings.com as well). As to the rooms, the high standard of decor and finish took my breath away. Wonderful shower!!! Always worked and had quality shampoo, towels, bathrobes, etc. The lounge area had two couches, cable tv, stereo, books to read. The kitchen / dining area, had everything, microwave, full electric cooker, sink, fridge / freezer, every utensil you needed. The bedroom, wonderful bed, electric blanket, extra pillows.... It just goes on! Outside the apartment was beatiful gardens and a barbecue / braai area, pool and secure parking.

In August we stayed two times in Sleep Eezy. On the airport we just phoned a random address we found on the internet. On arrival we immediately felt 'at home'. Moira and Lawrence are very helpful and welcoming you in a warm way. The rooms are very nice and since we were in August=wintertime, they already put the electrical blanket on! That night, we were 'taxied' to a restaurant and Moira left a card so that we could let the owner of the restaurant phone her when we were done! Eezy going! We could leave luggage for a week. We did not have to think about booking the last night in SA at their place. So you should not think about booking or not.... just do it. You won't regret.
Guus

This is the second time I've stayed at this fantastic little corner of paradise near to Johannesburg Airport. The grounds are like a botanical garden, the rooms are ideal, and the breakfast is the perfect start to the day. But the best reason to stay here is the owners Moira and Lawrence. They make you feel like you are coming home. Sleep Eezy is the only place to stay near JNB!!

We were a family of 7 incl. grandparents and 2 young children. Very classy and comfortable at a resonable price. Just 12 minutes from the aitport and 10 minutes to the highway to Kruger. Thoroughly recommend.

It was unfortunate we couldn't enjoy this place longer than we could because this B&B was just a stopover after driving 5 hours from Kruger back to Jo'burg because we had a 7am flight to Cape Town the next morning and wanted to choose somewhere near the airport! Thus- imagine arriving around 4pm in the afternoon, going out for dinner around 6pm, reaching back to the B&B around 10pm and in the middle of the night, you awake at 4plus am and leave by 5am for the airport to catch your flight.

Am surprised that no one has reviewed this place yet because this place is an absolute hidden gem! The cottage is quaint with lovely names for each room. Moira and her hubby are a lovely old couple who are very very nice and hospitable, Moira even ensured to leave the breakfast overnight in our rooms and the fridge so that we wouldn't miss the breakfast since we had to leave in the middle of the night!

Am impressed that within the whole room, it had everything - from a microwave, a mid-size fridge, a radio, an A-star excellent bathroom with sufficient shower space and wait - this is my favourite.... a roomy plush bed that came with a heater. This was a huge plus amidst winter because most of the B&Bs we stayed only had a portable heater u move around in the room, this one had in addition the bed with the heating element. You'll only realize u miss that when you leave and had that warm fuzzy feeling for only 1 night.

Had free internet with cable. Wireless wasn't working that day. Cosy plush stopover en route to the airport. Quick drive to Lakeside Mall for a nice meal, do a little shopping and to watch a movie.

Sleep Eezy lives up to its name. You'll have a restful sleep at this plush hidden gem.
