Stayed here one night, due to convenience of location
The entrance appears lovely
The service was abysmal though, very stern unhelpful people
The room was a bit on the small size, and being only 5'3" the fact my feet hung over the edge was a problem I'd not experienced before.
Breakfast was good though

We had upon arrival, requested a wake up call and a cab to transport us at 4.30am to the airport. neither the call nor the cab arrived. We then got to reception at 4.30 am where we found no cab and a different front desk person. She apologised for the wake up call not being made and said to us that our cab is on the way. When asked how far she said two minutes away. We waited and 10 minutes later she said he is at the robot. She disappears and at 5.00am she arrives and says he is nearly there. We were catching an international flight and had no time to mess around. Eventually the cab arrives. We informed her that we will not be paying for the ride and that the hotel will need to sort it out. Eventually we leave and the cab driver tells us that he was only called at 4.50am to come and not booked the night before as we had requested. The details of the front desk woman we had booked this with was Pooki. She however was not there when we left. The receptionist on that morning was Palesa Lucia.The cab driver was David from Standby Taxi Service.

Our experience here was not so wonderful! The entry and lobby are beautiful! However, our room was very, very small! The bathroom was also very small and dirty! The shower had mold in it and the floor was not clean at all. The breakfast was good!

I had booked this hotel for one night to fly the next day to Botswana. Picked up by the shuttel bus from the hotel which runs 2 times per hour. For a stopover is a good hotel, about 10 minutes drive to the airport. For a longer stay to visit Johannesburg, I would recommend a hotel in a more pleasant environment. Excellent beds in a reasonable room. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a good warm jet of water in the shower, little jaded.
Breakfast and service were good.

This is an ok hotel for the night. The hotel is on the flight route to the airport so every other minute an airplane flies over very low, making a lot of noise. The beds are small but comfortable. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices and fresh baked eggs on request.
The restaurant is really nice though. There is an a la carte menu and buffet which you can choose from. Meals are decent and staff super friendly.
