From your entrance to your exit the staff and management excel in providing for your every need with a sincerity that is lacking in the greater part of the restaurant trade. No matter what dish I try I'm still amazed at the portions and taste of true Italian food that La Scala has to offer on their menu and at a price that is far lowwer than can be imagined after dining there. Each dish is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients while you wait. So expect to be blown away by a taste storm that won't leave you feeling bloated by all the preservatives.My personal favourites are the Carpaccio de Manzio, Carpaccio di Pesce ,Prosciutto e Melone and Bruschetta for starters. Any pasta or meat dish for mains and any desert listed.After dining throughout Europe, Sweden and Uk I'm glad to find the best restaurant yet is in SA! Well done La Scala and keep up the good work, youve created a new, wonderful standard in the culinary institute.
