Small zoo with wild animals that are being rehabilitated due to injuries. Animals are all next to each other and are easily seen as you walk up totheir enclosures. Their are wildlife personal who are well trained and feed you with information that keeps your interest up.

Great variety of beautiful cats both large and small. Also a selection of other small mammals, reptiles and birds. All animals are clearly well looked after by staff who are passionate about what they do. Some of the enclosures are a bit small but there is plenty of stimulation and the animals look healthy and content. The emphasis is on conservation and making our children aware. Will definitely visit again.

The Lory Park is a small Zoo like park, with it's main focus on big cats. The Best time to get to see the cats is during feeding or snack times. They have a nice selection of different (also non african) cats. The Lapa Area is also very good and plenty of seating possibilities. I also like the fact that you can touch all sorts of cubs (for an extra fee). When I was there they had little cheetah cubs there, that were absolutely adorable.
It is very children friendly, and there is also a petting zoo where kids can feed rabits, goats etc...
I recommend it for a nice half day out with the kids.

Had a really great time. Good variety of animals for a Lory park. Great value for money. Make sure you take your kids with you! They'll love it!
