Stayed for a week on business during June. Staff very approachable and helpful, shuttle service around santon was very useful. Area opposite hotel is undergoing extensive building work but as I was out during the day this never bothered me. Wifi was good, rooms spacious and clean with a nice shower. Hotel bar was well stocked, gym facilities were good and the hotel pool a nice area to rest and relax after a long day. All in all a good hotel central to all amenities in Sandton and a minutes walk from the train station.

The main good this about this hotel is the location (opposite the Sandton gautrain station). The room was clean, however they forgot to clean out the bathroom bin from the previous guest.
The room service was not great, in that the lady over the phone seemed confused as to whether I could pay at check out. The chicken was partly raw, so that wasn't great.
Check out was also a hassle, since the lady there seemed to lazy to give my back my proper change.
Breakfast was nice, and has a wide selection of things to choose from. Again though, the service let the experience down.

This is a very nice business hotel, in a nice location walking distance from Mandela Square in Sandton. I did not rated it better since the hotel failed in providing shuttle service from the OR Tambo airport to the hotel (it was scheduled but the driver never showed up), and then the manager on duty when I complained did not care about replying or explaining what happened, even after promising to do it.

This is one of the most terrible hotels I've ever stayed at.

While aesthetically it's quite pleasing - nice pool, nice gym, nice eating area, nice rooms - it has a dark side.

1) I was served water in a bottle where the top had broken and glass fragments had fallen in the water. I nearly drank broken glass.
2) The broadband wireless was down for over 24 hours. We all had to use our mobile services at significant data cost and tell them what was wrong with it and how to fix it.
3) All of the bill was supposed to be settled by the company paying for my visit. The reception desk even phoned that company when I checked out to confirm and reassured me everythign was sorted. They then charged my credit card. I stayed there over a month ago and they still have not refunded the money. They said they did, but it's still not in my account and they did not refund the full amount that I was charged, even though I was clear on what they owed. I've now got the credit card company chasing them and will log a formal complaint.

1. Check-in experience was not as expected, the staff made me wait for 2 hours 2. There is no complimentary water bottle in the room, had to remind at least 4 times during the stay 3. Internet experience was very poor, used to get dropped from net every 4-5 minutes, not customized to use VPN 4. No side shower, bathroom was very inconvenient. Over 80% of the showers around the world are on the side ways, but here it was at the bottom or right on top of the head 5. Parking is charged for guests who are renting cars, no where in the world including manhattan this is a practice

We have passed on your comments regarding staff efficiency at check-out and minimum standard setup of our rooms. I can assure this is not the norm of a Radisson Blu Hotel. Training will be put in place to address the deficiencies in our service and team .This is to ensure that we deliver outstanding service. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receive our best service.

Regarding the parking, we unfortunately do not own the downstairs lot and therefore guests are charged for this. I will however pass your concerns on to centre management to determine how better to deal with this situation going forward.

I do apologies for the issues you had with our Wi-Fi, but we recently upgraded and should be back to brand standard on your next visit.

Right in the heart of sandton next to the gautrain , perfect for business people. access to a fnb slow lounge . great rooms and friendly staff. Will be back.
Wouldnt recomend it to families as it is more business person orientated.

This is an ideal hotel for a holiday or a business trip. The rooms are spacious, staff helpful and the restaurant food is superb. It is located within walking distance to the large shopping centre and they also have a shuttle to various locations.
