I requested a handicapped room or at least the ground floor. I was told that they didn't have any. They did finally manage to find one. Their website states that all rooms have a hair dryer and a coffee maker. My room didn't have either one nor did it have a luggage rack. I asked for these items stating that their website says that all rooms had these items. They couldn not and did not accomodate me. We were in Kingman for as a vendor for a gem and mineral show. I didn't take a hair dryer with me. Needless to say I looked absolutely horrible to be selling at a show. The room had a weird odor to it. Maybe they were trying to cover up smoke smell. It was suppose to be a non smoking room.

Room Tip: North side is further away from I 40 traffic noise.

Large room with fridge and microwave. Large dressing area with sink outside of toilet and shower area. Older furniture; but plenty of it. Really nice staff. No clock, or coffee pot. Lousy towels and pillows. Older T.V. but losts of channels and a sleep button.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the highway. Traffic noise until after 11pm very loud.

Stayed 1 night and it was acceptable for a one night stay for the price. There are two separate buildings with a Denny's in between them.. Unfortunately we stayed on the highway side and the traffic noise was awful. It really helped to crank up the air conditioner to help hide some of the noise. Try to get a room away from the highway. Sitting on a chair I noticed the vacuum must not fit under the bed as it had quite a collection of dirt.. The mattresses were very aged and yellowed.
We went to check out the pool as it was a hot day and definitely decided at 1st glance not to. Any of the tables and chairs that were there had a coat of dust and there were weeds going from the cracks in the cement... Definitely not well cared for. Continental breakfast pickings were pretty slim....

Room Tip: Get a room away from the highway and go to Denny's for breakfast... Which btw was very good.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel for a stop on way to Las Vegas and this fit the bill. Basic and clean. Denny's, however, the only close-by diner, but 10% discount with room key. Heating worked well with 25 degrees overnight.

The price was great. We were just sleeping for a few hours on a trip for the holidays. Got in at 9 left at 7. Room was average.....but there was a glass ring on the nightstand....it hadn't been wiped off from the last resident. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned for days or even weeks....much dirt & dust that would have taken a split second to wipe. The floor had been cleaned in the middle but around the edge hadn't been touched for a while. Breakfast was probably the skimpiest that I have had in a Wyndham property. Mini muffins. Little boxes of cereal with milk & juice. Some rather iffy bananas, & a few apples..... weak coffee. I guess you can't expect much for $35 a night....Gal at the front check in was very nice.

We came through during off-season and stayed one night. Price was very reasonable and accommodations were fine for a budget motel. Seemed clean and the employees were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was minimal so we just had coffee and went on our way to Vegas.
