We attended a wedding at Izotsha Creek Estate, and while the views over the valley towards the sea, the pool deck and gardens are beautiful, there were just too many other things that were simply disappointing, and we would be hard pushed to recommend this venue.
Building scaffolding simply pushed behind the 'faux rock' feature along side the pool on the terrace - not what one would expect with the wedding ceremony taking place on the terrace.
The meal was a serious disappointment with our food being cold, the meat tough and the vegetables rather sad. This was followed by a dessert that was dry and tasted as though it had quickly been heated in the microwave. (Apple pie and a tiny dribble of custard).
The servers seemed to be untrained, which made the food service a bit disjointed and slow.
The only toilets on the same level as the terrace and dining area are a single female and single male toilet. The other toilets are combined use toilets down a long flight of steps, underneath the building, . (These toilets honestly looked looked like staff toilets that were still in the process of being built.)
A number of gentlemen were left with white paint on their suit jackets - the chairs must have been newly painted and the paint was not dry yet.
