We have just returned from a 30 day cruise from Cape Town to Singapore. We did private tours in every port. Our tour from Durban-Richards Bay was simply the BEST. After carefully planning with Rhys we were picked up from the ship in Durban and transported to Hluhluwe-Imfolzi. We booked into thatched cottages (with ensuite) before being taken on an afternoon/evening game drive. Among the many animals we saw, we were lucky enough to come across a pride of seven lions. Back to the camp for an African (BBQ) which was scrumptious and plentiful. Next morning we were woken early for our early morning game drive. Once again we saw lots of animals including a very large bull elephant which came charging towards us. Rhys handled the situation with expertise and got us safely away. After an excellent three hours we went back to a most enjoyable English style breakfast.

After breakfast we drove to Saint Lucia where we took a hippo & croc boat cruise. We saw lots of hippo and some crocs. Rhys then transported us back to the ship which was now in Richards Bay.

Thanks Rhys and Andrew we had a most wonderful experience and really enjoyed ourselves. We have memories that will last a life time.

We had a great 4 days trip to Hluhluwe-iMfolozi and Saint Lucia. Endless Summer was very helpful and perfectly honnest from the planning to the end of the trip. Accomodations and meals were very good and all activities were worth it, except for the night drive (or maybe we were just unlucky then). Rhys is a knowledgable guide, a very dedicated professional and the nicest person, and he really worked hard to make our trip unforgettable. Thansk to him and Endless summer for the memories, and hope to be back soon! Rachel & Leo-

How could we not give this 5 out of 5? This was one of the most amazing trips we have ever had! Rhys was our guide for 4 days in Kruger. His knowledge of the park, wildlife and South Africa in general was amazing. Without him we had no chance of seeing the big five. He managed to find all five for us by the end of our trip including five separate encounters with five separate Leopards. The tour is well organised with accommodation and meals, so the only thing you need to worry about when you start the tour is taking photos.
Thanks Rhys and endless summer, we can't wait to do our next African tour with you!

When I found out that my Dad would be visiting me from the UK for Christmas, I wanted to book a trip that would be both amazing and unforgettable. And that is where Endless Summer Tours and Anthony come in. Anthony put together a week trip that was action packed with new sights and experiences without forgetting to stop for our very frequent tea drinking breaks :). We toured Durban the 1st day, visiting the football stadium and going up in the sky car to see panoramic views of Durban. Day 2 was to Oribi Gorge and the Zip line - this was a lot of fun, zip lining 680m over the gorge. Day 3 was Sani Pass into Lesotho. This was the highlight of my trip. The Drakensburg mountains are breathtakingly beautiful and our tour guide Matthew from Sani Pass Lodge Backpackers, took us up the Pass by 4x4 and into Lesotho. Matthew was excellent. He has unbelievable knowledge of the area and even knows the local languages.
Day 4 was off to St Lucia to see the Hippos. We even had an encounter with a Hippo walking the streets at night. Day 5 was off to Umfolozi Game Reserve. We saw Giraffe, Elephant and Rhino up close. This was jaw dropping to watch these magnificent animals in their natural environment. In the evening Anthony braaied for us and I have never seen anyone braai as fast as he did. I think it had something to do with the Hyena's that were hoping to score some braai meat! We were so sad to leave on Saturday and fly back to Cape Town. Thank You Endless Summer Tours and Anthony for memories that we are going to treasure and for the wonderful stories that we are going to share.
