Got to the hotel on our wedding night. No acknowledgement what so ever. Poor customer service. When food was ordered, looked good but tasted like it was made 3 days ago which made me sick. Wanted to have a little water and opened the mini bar to find it completely empty. We called the conceirge and was told that we were not VIP guests so nothing was put in the fridge. Apart from that , the spa was great. Fabulous treatment by staff there. I would visit the spa again but never stay in the hotel.. what a disappointment for my honeymoon.
