If you are not fortunate enough to be able to stay at this fine hotel , then try visiting it for snacks on the deck. The surroundings and atmosphere are excellent, as are the restaurants. The food portions and quality are great.

The only down side is that the service is not great --- in fact it borders on being slow and mediocre.

Room Tip: Choose a sea facing room

My husband & I spent a weekend here and enjoyed every minute - we felt pampered & spoiled. From the lovely swimming pool area overlooking the beach with its complimentary sunscreen and luscious towels to our 7th floor "room with a view"! The staff were friendly and willing. The only 'black mark' and for which I reduced the service and food stars was the fine dining dinner on the Saturday night was disappointing and the breakfast on Monday morning where my husband's "easy over" eggs were served up hard and like rubber, with bacon that was beyond charcoal, whereas the buffet breakfast on the Sunday was faultless.

Room Tip: The higher you go the better the view but all rooms face the sea

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service, they do EVERYTHING for you and are always there for you.
what ever you need. AMAZING food and really friendly manager. small things like giving you flavored water while you tanning by the pool and bringing fruit while you enjoying the amazing view.

Room Tip: get a room on level 5 or higher. amazing view.

We had high tea with visitors. No sugar with tea and coffee. No cutlerywith food. Getting waiters attention was a disaster on its own. Manager came to help twice but never really rectified the poor service issues. Great place to meet and stay but service is shocking and is not the first time we have experienced it.

I can't praise the staff and management of this hotel enough. Everyone is so efficient and so professional and catered to our every need. My holiday at the Beverly Hills hotel was the best hotel experience I have had. The facilities, location, service and hospitality are all world class.
