Only one observation .The water pressure in the shower of Pied B was very poor . Was looking forward to a double head shower experience but all go got was a trickle . room was lovely , a balcony would of been a big plus .

Our stay at Umzimkulu River lodge was absolutely amazing.
It was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing.
The breakfast were delicious and the staff were very proffessional.
Definitely a great place for a holiday!

Great, relaxed environment, love the sound of the river, and the walks along the river. Pied Kingfisher Unit B was great, good view of the river, comfortable accommodation. enjoyed the walk along the river to Thrombosis Gorge.

Make sure you get the correct coordinates for this B&B before you go there. Stephen was very helpful and we were served a superb dinner after a long day in the saddle. The Giant wooden house was spacious, clean and beautiful. We were unfortunately on a roll and could not fully appreciate the view from the deck of this nice house.

Very good facilities and well- placed benches and picnic sites along the river.
The room was very nicely furnished and the bath was lovely. The bed was very comfortable but the creaking roof kept us awake. We were fortunate not to have neighbours as being so close could be a problem. The couch in the lounge was very uncomfortable. breakfast was great and loved dinner delivered
