Today I ordered one of the specials of the day - Cob on a bed of broccoli/spinach/mash potato. What was surprising was, that when it arrived, it also contained small squares of bacon. Full marks to the chef for being brave enough to fly in the face of tradition and in the process turn a grilled fish dish into an adventure of gourmet propositions. Never a dull and disappointing eating experience at Flava!
