Description: Having supplied restaurants since June 2012 and opening to the public in December 2012, Oysters R Us has become a destination stop - not only for Tourists and tour bus groups, but also for the local folk. The heart and soul of the business is clearly evident when meeting owners: Natasha De Freitas and Natalie Oliver. Their enthusiasm for the business, love of oysters and warm hospitality can be instantly felt when visiting the establishment. Only wild oysters are available and these are sourced from commercial permit holders along the garden route coastline. Come and see the oyster tank system that can hold and keep up to 4000 oysters live. This rustic experience is not to be missed!....Whether you are eating fresh, wild oysters on the farm or collecting a take away, Oysters R Us is a definate must!

“Pit stop on the way to Tsitsikamma ”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

We were looking for a place along the route to have something light and found this. The hosts were amazing and very knowledgeable and the oysters were top quality and delicious. Would def recommend a stop to try out the huge wild oysters with the various sauces they recommend and some bubbly.

“Excellent”

If you are a oyster lover this is heaven for you. Don't miss out on this gem. The staff is very hostile. A wonderful atmosphere. If you go to Oysters R Us don't arrange anything for the day. This is a day and a half spoil.

“OMG - what a lovely place”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

Natasha and Natalie are the perfect hosts. The oysters are first class and the dressings that come with them are imaginative and fun. A very casual and relaxed environment where the focus is on the oysters.
This is a "MUST stop" place along the N2 between Sedgefield and Wilderness (near Timberlake Village).
