My husband and I attended a reunion in Natal and flew from King Shaka airport so decided to stay in Ballito. We found a delightful guest house called Al Marrakesh Guest House straight out of the Arabian Knights. We were welcomed by a young lady who showed us around and as it was a Sunday she went off duty and we were then looked after by a diligent young man called Mike who attended to our every request in a kind and friendly manner. I was impressed by the atmosphere of Arabia and the authentic décor. The beautiful carved bathroom entrance and the room we stayed in had the atmosphere of an Arab tent with all the luxuries. Our room had a uniquely installed TV with perfect reception The experience was very restful whilst the mystic Arabian atmosphere made one feel you could be whisked away on a magic carpet ride at any given time. We found the location perfect for exploring Ballito with a variety of interesting places to dine. Mike offered to make us breakfast but as we had an early departure we declined. Well done for your unique, interesting and different décor - it was like a breath of fresh air.
