A fantastic setting but the apartment is not quite as advertised. Gaining access was very frustrating & took over 45 mins to get into the estate. The security was useless. On arrival we found the apartment had not been cleaned after last check out. Beds unmade, dirty pots on stove (with food), dirty towels & bathrooms. Dishes in the sink and in general not fit for accommodation. Locating owners/agents was near impossible with no help available. We could not stay & had to find last minute alternate accommodation. We returned the next day & waited in car park for 45 minutes while cleaners finished off. Don't be fooled by the picture of the splash pool (as we were) as you are advised NOT to use the pool due to water restrictions. The pool was green. Far too many broken things in the condo to mention. We were assured that the agent would refund us the equivalent of our alternate accommodation which they did but not without demand and deductions. They deducted for our 2 hour late check out which we felt could have been overseen due to the inconvenience they caused. We are still waiting for our breakage deposit which has a R100 deduction for one wine glass. Their terms for this refund is within 30 days so hopefully we will receive that without demand.
