I have been to Crawdaddy's on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed my meal. They specialise in cajun type meals, which are delicious. The place is always busy and has pleasant buzz to it. It would be a good idea to make a reservation. Service has always been good and I will be going back.

The restaurant wasn't busy, however we still waited almost an hour for our food. When it arrived the one order was completely wrong. The food was pretty average.

Table of 8 good ambiance, service and attentitive waitor ...however food took forever (we were advised baby kingklip would be 45min) our food was over 1hour when served fish was average to dry my fillet was ice cold inside had to send back...fortunately 2nd time better Madagascar sauce a bit bland did not want to risk a second send back...generally average meal. A bit of a let down after looking foreward to a excellant meal comming from CT

My wife and I visited Centurion, again, today, Sat 12/7/14, at about 14h45. We were offered a variety of seats, even on the lovely, warm, enclosed "patio",heated by fireplaces, but chose to sit at one of the "booth type" tables with semi-circular padded seats near the entrance---a mistake, as the seating was so close to the main entrance that patrons and staff were continually "in and out" and letting in cold air on this "wintry" day. There was, also, not much "cosiness", therefore. A better choice would have been the patio or upstairs but the patio had two large groups present and was for us, not "attractive" at the time.
Nevertheless we persevered and were attented to immediately, then. However, after we placed our main order for a standard "mini sea-food platter", we waited over 40mins for the meal to arrive. The waitron never came by to offer an explanation. Luckily there was another waitron who was familiar with us and who tried to assist and "keep us company". Disappointing from this aspect but the platter was superb! The size of the sole was more than ample on its own! The meal was well prepared and served, and very good value for money---a pity it was marred by the very slow- and impersonal service.
We, kindly, suggest management be more "hands on" with what is happening at the restaurant, with patrons. We only, ever, encountered the manager once and that was when we arrived and with our initial drinks order.
Good food but service needs some attention, we believe. Disappointing after our previous visit there in May.
