We just had dinner at Viva Vita. They didn’t have 3 of the things on the menu that we wanted to order, battled to find a tomato sauce bottle with anything in it. And when we paid the bill and the kids asked for sweeties, the waiter again had to apologize for not having any. A few weeks ago we wanted to order takeaways and they didn’t have pizza boxes so we had to go someplace else.
A huge disappointment! It used to be a fantastic restaurant with delicious food
Our waitress was friendly and wonderful though.

We were so disappointed - used to be one of our favorite restaurants! We waited way too long for our food, some was the wrong dish and some was cold! Admit that there is a problem and fix it!!! Don’t see this place lasting too much longer - I am devastated! If the current owners are not able to fix this, please care enough about the legacy to sell it to someone who can fix it! This was the 300g steak! Shocking

A truly terrible experience. The list of complains far outweigh the positive qualities of this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, we waited 1.5hours before our food started to arrive. We came on Father’s Day a busy day to begin with but their card machines weren’t working so we had to specially go out to draw cash. Then when it came to ordering drinks they hardly had stock of anything. Certain items ordered listed on the menu were not available either. Then when the food did finally arrive the food was not as advertised...the 300gram steak definitely was nowhere near 300grams. The food wasn’t even warm when it did arrive! This restaurant is honestly beyond terrible and management really needs to look at making changes as a matter of urgency!

If I told you that I am unhappy it would be a understatement, where is your old manager Alwyn gone to?

My suggestion would be to get him back there very soon, really your service has gone to the dogs and the place is falling apart, never use to be like that when he was there and always were friendly, hands on and very productive.

If i were you I would search the world until you find him and beg him to go back.

Make a plan!!!!
