Property has a great location on the river and near the bridge. But the rooms just seemed weird & aged. Whoever took the pics of the hotel on the website did a great job, b/c it does not look that good at all in person.
I was not impressed with the room at all or the bathroom. Also, it was very expensive for the type of accommodations they provided. I guess you end up paying more for the location and not so much for the accommodations.

My husband and I stayed at the HEAT during a family reunion. Other family members stayed at another hotel. Everything we needed was just footsteps away. Other family members had to drive to get what we had without driving. We paid a little more but we saved that in gas. We brought our service dog in training with us and we were situated near an exit door for toileting our dog. We needed to pay a $50.00 pet deposit ...which is NOT refundable. But after seeing our room and how clean everything was we didn't mind the fee if it keeps the rooms looking as they were. The tempur-pedic beds with an extra feather pad were covered with extra white sheets and a fluffy comforter along with 4 kings size pillows on a queen size bed. The minute I walked in the room I said...the beds looked like home. I liked the clean lines of the furniture. The table had 2 wine glasses and a bottle of wine just waiting to be taken out onto the patio for a look at the London Bridge. The wet bar was set with coffee cups styled in such a way that reminded me of some fancy desert. The fridge was stocked with any kind of soft drink, water, wine, airline liquor you would want. If you bring any food back to your room and hope you can get it in the fridge...you may need to remove something first...it is that stocked! Also, snacks lay in a basket waiting to be enjoyed. We did not want to leave our room to go to the family reunion. We wanted to enjoy the room and we finally did on our last day there. We sat out on the patio and watched everyone drive over the bridge and cruise by in boats. As far as the noise level goes, we found it to be quiet. There was a water fountian below our room and we enjoyed the sound of the water splashing on the pavement along with people getting cooled off by walking through it. We are talking about going back soon...real soon. And we are going to buy a tempur-pedic bed,

Only booked for 1 night as a stop off point whilst travelling fro San Diego to the Grand Canyon.Out of 11 hotels we stopped at on our trip in the USA. This was definately one of the best. Ask for a room with a view of London Bridge you will not be dissappointed. A very clean modern hotel with friendly staff in a resort on the lake which was excellent. Only wish was we had more time to explore. Stayed Oct 31st 2008 and the weather was so hot.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife and 2 kids. for 3 nights. Very clean rooms and modern also! The staff was excellent. They were very helpful from the moment we checked in( took all our things to our room while we checked in). Our car was burglarized several miles away at Site Six launch ramp (don't park there). The staff had us park our car in front of the lobby overnight so they could watch it for us until we could get the window replaced! Above and beyond service!
Great view froms the hotel. Was able to see the London Bridge and Channel from our patio which was small but nice. Would definitely stay there again

If the city ever fixes it's noise problems then this would be a wonderful hotel. The view & central location are great except for the noise. Between the boats passing by blasting their music & the bar across the channel that creates deafening noise until 2am, it wasn't the relaxing place they promote in their description. If you like to party all night then save your money & stay on the other side of the channel where the bar is, but here you will not find the relaxation that it is trying to offer. Did not find significant warnings about the noise situation until we arrived at the hotel & the made us sign a disclosure about the noise. By then it is too late to make other arrangements.

Stayed here as part of our flydrive package, we were meant to stay at the Nautical Inn but received a hotel change at the last minute so were a little concerned what we would find.

What we found were minimalist design rooms, unusual for the states which were clean and very comfortable huge beds with huge pillows and huge duvets! Bathroom was great with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower just what we needed after our dusty drive.

London Bridge is literally outside the window. We were warned about the noise from the nightclub across the water being noisy but we didn't hear a thing.

My only negative comments would be that they haven't kept the entrance very clean or presentable whilst they have been carrying out their construction work but I'd say they are working on the parking problems mentiond in some other reviews as when we got there a member of staff was walking around handing out parking passes and patrolling the parking lot, he also tried to help us fix the boot of the car which was playing up, very helpful chap! But it looks like they are responding to comments that guests have made which is always a good sign, I think once all the construction is finished it will be top marks!

Spent a weekend there with my fiancee over my birthday. We had a great time! Had a nice room with a king bed looking right out on the famous London Bridge. The night club across the river was audible but as we spent the Saturday night there anyway celebrating into my birthday it did not matter. The other nights it was quiet. On the weekend days our balcony was a great place to watch the amazing powerboats go by. Just walking around the corner along the channel (just take the elevator down to the channel level) you are able to see all the boats beached there during the day. Quite a sight.

On the quieter Monday we rented a boat ourselves and had a good time cruising on the Colorado River.

The hotel is currently adding a bar that will be looking out on the bridge as well. It is a great place to stay already but than will be in a class of its own in this fun place calle "Lake Havasu City".
If you are going to this town you have to stay here!

Have fun!
