We originally booked for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much we stayed an additional 2 nights. Everything was so nice and clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a 1 bedroom suite. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Loved having kitchen facilities. We've only been home 1 day and have booked another week in September! Counting the days...

We had intended on staying two nights but had some health issues and had to leave after only one night. Our visit was helped by Amada at the front desk. She was very courteous and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had some room issues that she resolved quickly. Also, Jennifer came to our room with a missing ice bucket and ice. She, too, was warm, friendly and helpful. I believe that our waiter was Dan in the main dining room. He was quick and helpful. Thus our experiences with the staff at this location were terrific.

Our one bedroom suite was clean and quiet as we requested. The room did need freshening. The tile floor in the kitchenette was cracked and chipped. The hot water pressure at all the other spigots dropped to nothing when my wife was filling the bath tub. The "free" breakfast was very ordinary and not good in our estimation. The breakfast room was over crowded and this was in the middle of a quiet week. The dinner restaurant was just average.

We did not take advantage of the pool. It looked OK and of course it catered to families with kids.

So, this facility has great staff and location but the value was not there in our estimation.

Room Tip: Our room was in the wing which was the farthest from the pool and restaurant. It was very quiet.

The front desk "upgraded" us to a 2 bedroom unit right beside the most obnoxious frat party ever. Thanks. My kids were scared when the guys decided to knock on our door repeatedly yelling "housekeeping!" at 3 am. They were really scared when the police were banging on our door at 430 am threatening to break it down if we didn't open. Uh wrong room. No apology or anything. I would only recommend this place for frat boys and wasted skanks.

This place has a great location, but the two bedroom unit we had left a little to be desired. One of the bedrooms had no window, which is kind of claustrophobic, and the kitchen facilities were bare bones. Also, our room overlooked the parking lot and road, rather than the lake. Microwave and stove top only - small refrigerator. Not really that easy to cook in if you're staying a week. There is a renovation going on, but it hadn't reached our hallway yet.
WARNING - The resort encourages college kids for spring breaks, etc. They had banners and signs to that effect. Our hallway was full of drunk fraternity kids for the first two nights we were there. Calls to the desk by us and another guest did result in security coming by to quiet the kids.

Room Tip: Try to get a suite overlooking the lake.

Traded my Aruba timeshare for this place. Definitely not an even exchange, even though we had the "deluxe" two bedroom suite, overlooking the lake and London Bridge. Beautiful views, especially the sunset. Resort offers a lot of activities, great pools, bars and restaurants. The resort is beginning to renovate the basic one-bedroom units, but we were told the two bedroom units will be last. Too bad!! Really a nice resort, but our "deluxe" unit had rippled carpet, horribly banged up floor boards, cracked kitchen tiles, faulty shower doors, etc. The rooftop garden was anything, but. Just a wobbly table and chairs, with plastic lounge chair. A few decorative ceramic wall hangings on the stucco walls, cushions on the lounge chairs and a table that was balanced would have added a lot to this area. If I was an owner paying maintenance fees on this property I would be very upset. Hopefully, once the entire place is renovated, it will become a great place to stay.

When the rooms have been completely renovated, I would then consider returning. Until then, it's great for the college kids who could care less what the accommodations look like!

Room Tip: Avoid deluxe two bedroom units until they have been renovated. The floors even slant!!

We stayed at Lake Havasu for just 1 night.
The hotel was in an excellent loation right on Lake Havasu and had some beautiful views of the Lake and also the London Bridge.
The hotel had some great facilites pools were lovely.
Free Wifi
WE stayed in a 2bedroom suite.
Came with full kitchen which would be great for families and people staying for longer durations.
Up the stairs there was a mini roof terrace with a couple of sun loungers.
I would say that the rooms are in some need of modernaisation.
This would be the only thing that let the hotel down.
I believe this may have been happening as there were a lot of workmen about.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Especially so after we had a bit of a drama in one of our party leaving passports in the room aftyer we checked out and they kept them until we returned the next day.
The feel I got was that this turns into a party hotel come spring break and throughout the summer.
Maybe not as family friendly during this time with pool parties etc.

Would stay again.

My partner and I were able to get a last minute trade for a "use it or lose it" exchange. So glad we ended up there. We were so excited with the accommodations, we didn't realize that the unit was NOT one of the recently remodeled ones. It had a fantastic view of the bridge - only drawback being Friday and Saturdays nights where the nightclub right beneath the unit got QUITE loud. They prepared us beforehand and gave out ear plugs to cut the noise. The food was quite good at the Martini Grill, and nicely priced. We had the best sausage gravy and biscuits from the Splash restaurant near the waterslide pool. Chef Brandon even had Inge (lovely lady) pack us some to take home the next day (with extra sausage on the side). It was not quite as good as the first time because it seemed to have bacon added instead the tasty onion bits that made the gravy stand out... but still delicious. Shout outs to Amanda and Kara behind the front desk - very informative and entertaining. Appreciation to Jennifer, the tour guide who led us on the Island Photo Tour spotlighting the lighthouse replicas. She was also helpful and fun to be around. If you want to eat food off-site, try La Vita Dolce - had fresh chicken marsala and linguini with clams. The bread with garlic butter was also good as well as the fresh honey mustard dressing on the salad.

Room Tip: The noise from the nightclub is worth it for 2 nights in order for the view the rest of the week.
