If you like to party and stay up until 3am this place is your place. We spent $700.00 for two nights for a suite and the hotel did a terrible job of controlling the drunks as they left their onsite night club. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors as well as every person that walked below our 3rd floor window. All while their onsite security watched from a golf cart. The rooms were old and okay, not resort quality. We will never stay here, ever again. Horrible.

Payed $250 a night for elevators that are incredibly old, slow and rickety. The room smelled like a mixture of vomit and urine. The wall stereo or whatever it is, was outdated and sounded horrible. The layout of the rooms are ridiculous and a pain in the a** to get around, the walls are so thin you can hear the people above you, below you, next to you and outside in the parking lot. Our room was on the second floor on the far end opposite the club, and all night you could hear the music like you were outside at the party. Not to mention, this is the first "resort" I have ever stayed at that room service shut down before 10pm on a saturday. Come on, where is the customer service?!?! Next time, i will keep on driving till we hit vegas. Avoid this place

My girlfriend and I spend 3 nights at the resort the end of July. First and foremost the service we received upon check in was above and beyond amazing! It really got our vacation off to a fantastic start and set the tone for the remainder of our experience! We stayed in a one bedroom suite which had a terrific view of the channel and Historic London Bridge. The room was well appointed and had a kitchenette which came in handy for snack time meals. I'd be lying to tell you we spend a lot of time in our room. The resort has a lot of fun activities to do.... water sports... spa.... or just relaxing by one of the many pools! There are three venues at the resort to enjoy a cocktail or nice meal. We ate on the patio overlooking the channel at Martini Bay the first night we were there... the setting was fantastic and the food even better!! The following evening we enjoyed several beverages at "Style" and then made our way to "Kokomo" for an hour of Dancing! We strongly recommend visiting this resort if you are looking for a relaxing and fun get away!

We stayed at the London Bridge resort last January and thought we would stay again if we could get the same rate as last year. When I called the front desk could find no record of our staying and the only room was $70.00 higher and we could not have a balcony. Everytime we have stayed there it is a fight to get the accomodations that we want (there were very few guests staying there last January. The resort is getting a sad tired look and the only reason we stay there is because of the location. Since I could not get a decent rate and no balcony I looked around and found a condo on the water with a balcony called the Heat that is brand new for $99,00 a night instead of the $170.00 quoted for the London Bridge Resort....We wil not be staying there again.!!!

My husband and I stayed at the London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ for a weekend get-a-way. When driving up to the resort it is beautiful on the outside and it is at the perfect location. It is right by the water, above the English Channel shops. It is right in the heart of everything going on in Lake Havasu.

The lobby was beautiful and there was this gorgeous old fashioned carriage statue as soon as you enter. The people that work here were a bit rude but they were helpful enough in getting us one of the bridgewater suites. They warned us that these rooms have great views but they are very loud because they are right above the nightclub Kokomo. We didn't care because we wanted to go to the nightclub anyway.

We had some issues with the elevator, where it was not always running and sometimes we had to take the stairs. Throughout the hallways it looked as though they were renovating and they did have a sign up about this. The carpeting was filthy, the first night we were there but by the second night they had vacuumed. It also smelled terrible, like mold, but was smelling better after they did some cleaning.

Our room definitely left some things to be desired. The door wouldn't open all the way and kept getting stuck on the floor because it wasn't the right size door or something. The room itself looked nice upon first glance and the view really was incredible. We were right across from the bridge and water and we had a nice view of all three pools. The dishes in the room were dirty and a little smelly and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband and I were both very sore from sleeping on them and our bodies were acing throughout the trip due to the lack of sleep and hardness of the beds. The room was SO NOISY! It wasn't because of Kokomo's either, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything around us. We could here people in the hallways at all hours of the night and early in the morning and the people above us were so loud, we requested to be on the third floor so no one would be above us but unfortunately that is where all their 2 bedroom suites are and we were staying in a 1 bedroom suite. The noise kept us up all night, so there was not a lot of sleep to be had. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the room just seemed a bit in need of a renovation.

The hotel has a restaurant that they pride themselves on called Martini Bay. This restaurant was not that great. They do a horrible job of managing where the bar ends and the restaurant begins. My husband and I first tried to eat here on Thursday night but they close at 9:30??? However the bar and live band stay open until who knows when. We went to the sushi restaurant across the street instead called Sho Gun, very yummy! The second night we made a reservation to sit outside overlooking the water. My husband and I were wanting a quiet romantic dinner and we were bombarded with loud partyers from the bar who came by our table yelling and smoking. None of the servers even tried to stop them. It was like they could care less. We had to move our table and people still kept coming around. This hotel is definitely a party spot, so be warned if you are looking for a romantic quiet weekend. The food was pretty bad, not at all what they had hyped it up to be. At least the drinks were good.

They have 3 clubs on the property. The first is of course Martini Bay, which is more of a club than a restaurant anyway. They had a live band both nights we were there and old school music. There were a lot of older people here, it really wasn't our scene so we checked out the other clubs. They have Style Nightclub which was a joke because there was no one there. It is a nice club but everyone pretty much goes to Kokomo's. Kokomo's was very crowded and there was no cover to get in which was nice. They played good music, hip hop and there were a lot of drunk people and go go dancers. My husband and I stayed until they closed because we wouldn't of been able to get any sleep anyway.

The pools at this hotel are very nice. They have the pool which is a part of Kokomo's, which has a waterfall screen coming down into it. This pool was VERY cold, not heated, but it did feel good in 90 degree weather. The other two pools were heated and one had a waterfall going into it as well. They have one hot tub also. The pools were not crowded and we enjoyed spending time swimming and laying out enjoying the sun.

If you want to go to the lake, the best spot to swim is Windsor State Beach, a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It had the best swimming beach and was not crowded. Be careful of the red ants though, there are a lot of them here. Don't listen to what the locals tell you as far as the best beaches are concerned. Remember this is a BOATING town, so everyone pretty much swims off their boat and don't really know anything about swimming beaches. If you are like us and didn't have a boat go to Windsor. The beaches they recommended to us were hideous, and they were in the channel not the lake, which is filthy. Windsor is actually in the lake, which was a whole lot cleaner.

All in all the hotel needed some improvements but the location is everything and this hotel has that for sure!
