After being out in the bush for weeks we treated ourselves to a spa day. Very affordable, great tea, think the only disappointing aspect was we expected to have our pedis in the Pedi chair, but were taken back to the room where we had our massage. It was quite uncomfortable sitting at that angle and having your feet done on the table. Place is quiet and staff very nice.
A friendly welcome set the tone for my stay in a very comfortable, well appointed room. Great food and impeccably maintained. Such a stunning location and fabulous views. Lovely friendly staff - Maria was most helpful on checkin.

The only negative comment I have is that there is no mirror close to a plug to dry your hair.
Furthermore the rooms are are very comfortable, neat and clean.
Check-in and check-out was also painless and quick.

We had to stay here because my husband became ill while on safari and this hotel was close to the hospital.
The owner Thys and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. They arranged transport from the hospital and food to be left in my room late at night.
The room we stayed in was beautiful, large bed, beautiful decor and a fabulous view. Breakfast was included which was delicious and there is also a wonderful spa on site. I just wish I could have spent more time there

After breaking my pelvis whilst on safari and ending up in Nelspruit Medical Clinic, once discharged, my husband hunted high and low to find a lovely place for my recovery without too many steps and with a nice outlook. The Leaves Lodge and Spa have a little complex of cottages and we had the central one which was absolutely lovely. It was more like a small apartment than a room with kitchen, bathroom, huge bedroom/lounge, terrace, garden and swimming pool. The decor was light and bright, the bed huge and comfortable with big, sliding glass doors opening on to the garden. The garden and swimming pool were shared with the other two cottages but we had it all to ourselves except at the weekend. A maid came every day and cleaned and tidied, did washing for us and the owners were very helpful. Staying here certainly helped me get better faster - it was almost worth the accident to be there!
