I think you should review your DSTV programme choices and include more kids tv programes. My kids were not happy about that. But overall we give it a 100% . The service was fantastic. Very friendly staff.

The Lodge & Spa exceeded our expectations. We were treated like royalty, and I felt like royalty after I left. The garden is so big, it did not feel like we were anywhere near a city or even a town. Can not wait to go again. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Amazing place.

Based on all good reviews and a 5 star rating, I booked Leaves Lodge for a short family vacation over the long weekend. When I booked directly with the lodge they made a concerted effort to accommodate our family with 2 small kids. I was assured we would be given very clean & lovely accommodation in new lodges.
We arrived late at night & everyone was exhausted. We found that the accommodation was not new , the one might have been renovated recently but not new. In this unit the rooms were large and showers were nice & comfortable but the jacuzzi in the room never worked, we had 2 small kids that couldn't enjoy the use of it. The water went cold after 3 people had a shower, we complained from the first day but they said nothing was wrong, it continued to do that. The one night a cat was in the unit when we got home after a long day out & it urinated in the house, it smelled of it & when we asked them to clean it up, someone merely came to look where the cat is and never cleaned the mess. After the cleaners cleaned we still found dust and spider webs in bathrooms and behind doors.
The other unit was old you could tell by the stuffy smell in the lodge just the rooms done up nice with nice bedding, the bathrooms were extremely small & when you showered you could not turn about in the shower without touching a wall. This was extremely uncomfortable. We resorted to taking a shower at the bigger unit but this was even more worse because the water turned cold after 3 people bathed.
Service was not 5 star service & poor. I would not rate this 5 star accommodation. Very disappointing and we paid a very high price per night and in total for the weekend and we expected luxurious accommodation and treatment as other 5 star hotels.

I cancelled my booking but they refused to pay me back my money. I was charged 100% penalty.
I went there myself to make that the booking was cancelled and it was confirmed and I asked them to keep the money and I will rebook to come sleep over so

The owner whole heartedly agree that you had taken all the correct steps and that we will most definitely keep the credit for your booking until a later date of your choice should you still be willing to give us a chance to make up for the misunderstanding.

After being out in the bush for weeks we treated ourselves to a spa day. Very affordable, great tea, think the only disappointing aspect was we expected to have our pedis in the Pedi chair, but were taken back to the room where we had our massage. It was quite uncomfortable sitting at that angle and having your feet done on the table. Place is quiet and staff very nice.

A friendly welcome set the tone for my stay in a very comfortable, well appointed room. Great food and impeccably maintained. Such a stunning location and fabulous views. Lovely friendly staff - Maria was most helpful on checkin.
