Can"t say enough good about it.
Will be going back here on every trip to Nelspruit Service is excellent. Location is difficult to find but in a quiet area and away from city activity. There are no restauraunts nearby but the restuarant here was very good.

Like others have said, this place is somewhere between a guesthouse and a boutique hotel, in that it's small, intimate and personalized like a guesthouse, yet has all the snap and features of a boutique hotel.

A converted residence, there are a total of nine rooms, all well appointed-- great beds, wonderful linens and blankets, and all the small touches that you'd look for in a great hotel, and would only find in the best of boutique hotels. Of the rooms, there are interconnecting doors between two pair of rooms, making for family suites. Both family suites are quite nice, with the larger of the two (the executive family) is a little larger, has a private patio, and is also near the garages. When we arrived, it was a rainy day, and the garage was a wonderful thing to have access to.

We're a family of five, and for the fifth bed, they moved in a proper twin sized bed with a box spring-- no baby cot or lumpy sleeper sofa, in our experience here. For a family of five, these are the nicest accommodations that we've been able to find in the entire Nelspruit area. Bar none, period. Unless your family wants to split up into separate rooms or some want to sleep on something other than a real bed, you just aren't going to do any better. We're in our third year living in the area, a frequent recreation stop for us-- we have looked at everything.

The restaurant serves a fixed menu, and the three course dinner we had was wonderful. I would put it on par with Orange and other restaurants of that caliber in Nelspruit. If you're good with a set menu (choice from two entrees) this wil be an absolutely wonderful place to dine.

We were more than pleased, and look forward to going back there in about a month when we next visit Nelspruit.

Room Tip: The executive family room is conveniently close to the garages.

this really eccentric building looks like a castle on first approach.very steep driveway, then more steps to reception, garage parking available at extra cost.rooms spacious well appointed ,but bathrooms tiny ,no bath and very little shower pressure.breakfast good ,service fine ,overpriced for the accomodation provided, also garage should be included,as parking difficult.!

Room Tip: there is a suite available ,this may have a bath as well.

This establishment just blew me away. An absolute gem. Fantastic setting, beautiful gardens and well appointed. The staff are warm and friendly and no need to go out for dinner. Whether on business or pleasure, this is a must when passing through Nelspruit. As Arnie says, "I'll be back!".
It is more of a boutique hotel than a guest house.

As two families travelling together, after 4 days on safari, we wanted a base to see the Blyde River Canyon and surrounds. If you decide to stay in Nelspruit, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Villa Vita. We had four spacious rooms, in beautiful surroundings, which felt like a home from home. A nice touch was to arrive with garages assigned to us and William there at the bottom of the steps to meet us all. A proper villa with your own space. Tranquil and sense of being "special guests". William and Stieen will take very good care of you. Enjoy.

Room Tip: You can always ask Stieen if you have a preferred menu request.

I am so happy to have found this little gem, a piece of heaven. Excellent accommodation, offering very spacious rooms. After my weeks stay it was very hard to pack up and go home. The food is creative and sensationally divine, Stiaan you are a Maestro in the kitchen! The service is on a par with the best in the world, thank you. Willie I could not fault your service for one moment, always there to assist.
Bed's are turned down every night, slippers placed next to bed, nice fluffy white gowns, if you are looking for a good value hotel look no further!!!
