My bf took me to st Lucia for my birthday last week, and we stayed at the Safari Lodge.
I arrived before him, and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She showed me to our room and when she heard it was my bday she actually started singing to me which was lovely. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and it really is fully stocked for the self catering visitors. My only issue was the shower head had problems and had to be on full blast in order to get hot, and the parking spaces are way 2 small. The guest in Chalet 2 had such a big car that I had to park my car in front of the reception because I could not fit past.
I would say the prices are a little steep, especially if its just for the night and you don't need self catering but it is a lovely place and will definitely choose to stay here on our next trip.
