It only takes one word to describe this guest house: PERFECT! But since Tripadvisor asks us to write at least 200 characters, we will list some of the things that make this place so wonderful: the view of the sea and the Twelve Apostels, the hopitality including the good advice in touristic matters, the breakfasts (sooooo delicious), the "help yourself" fruit bowl, the swing in the garden, the shower and sooooooo much more.

Room Tip: In case you are wondering whether the cheapest room is too small for you, well, for us it wasn't...

My husband and I stayed at The Bay Atlantic for three nights earlier this month. We really enjoyed our stay - the location is idyllic, the views breathtaking, and the accommodation itself very comfortable. We stayed in The Garden Room, which had plenty of space for what we needed. We enjoyed spending the evenings after or before dinner in the communal living room upstairs, taking advantage of the great honesty bar and chilling out on the comfy sofas. Everyone was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in hearing our plans and making suggestions. Special mention has to go to the breakfasts - we had the best omelettes we've ever eaten here! Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Garden Room - big comfy bed and plenty of space.

This was our first stop on our recent trip to Capetown/Garden route and a very nice way to start. Despite arriving at 9am and so too early to check in, we were invited to have a shower and breakfast and then store our bags for the day. Our room was large, clean and had a nice view over the pool - the upper floor rooms would have a great view of the sea. The location is excellent for walking down to the beach and to the many local restaurants and also you can drive to table mountain or to central capetown in a matter of minutes. There was a collection of sweets and biscuits in our room to greet us which was a lovely touch. Overall I would very much recommend staying here.

Room Tip: Our room was lovely but I would ask for an upper floor room if available as that would have a great...

Located just about 150 meters from the beach, but miles away from the noise of the main street, this place is ideal for a stay in Camps Bay. Jennifer was so helpful and really made us feel at home. The views from the pool terrace were spectacular and the breakfast served on the upper terrace delightful. Rooms have terraces or separate seating areas and it all feels very relaxing and inviting, private and not crowded but they were fully booked, they are doing it right. This is a great base for day trips as well, we were able from here to easily access Table Mtn., Cape of Good Hope, the wine region...Would recommend staying here if you are in the Cape Town area.

We couldn't thank Bernie and the team enough for our stay at The Bay Atlantic! The guest house was perfect for our needs, great location (2 mins to the beach), lovely breakfast and do much to choose from, knowledgeable staff and a safe place to stay whilst in Cape Town. Most days it felt like we had the pool to ourselves and the view was spectacular! My husband and I would definitely recommend to stay here and Camps Bay is only 10 mins into town so ideal in every way. We took the open top tour bus around the city as well as the Peninsula which was well worth it. Lovely places to eat down by the beach, cocktails at 25R and the backdrop of the 12 apostles was dreamy! Honestly one of the best places we've ever been to. Love to Rusty the dog too :)

Kelly could not be more helpful, the guest house is extremely close to the attractions of the beach and the short strip of restaurants that make Camps Bay. Bernie is a character.

Cooked breakfast was perfect and plentiful.

Room Tip: Don't get into a political conversation with Bernie.

We stayed in the Penthouse and the views were amazing. The 12 apostles and the beach. Even used the fire in the lounge on a couple of occasions. Staff are so helpful and kind. Breakfasts were great. Lovely place to stay and easy to walk to resturants.
