My wife and I stayed at Boutique@10 for our honeymoon for a few days. Having read reviews of Boutique@10, we had very high expectations and definitely weren't disappointed. Beach and Jennifer were amazing hosts and the place was flawless. However, it was the extra personal touches that really made the stay special. The rooms were perfect, service excellent, fantastic breakfasts, the location one of the best in the world and responses to queries via email prompt.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home and if we're in the area again, we'll definitely come say hello again.

Regards
Martin and Lelani

Room Tip: Check with Jennifer and beach whether the room has a bath because not all do.

The three of us had three fabulous nights here and were very sorry to leave. Jen and Beach are so kind and helpful and it is obvious they genuinely care about their guests and do everything to make sure they get the most from their stay in Capetown. Nothing was too much trouble - from booking taxis, restaurants and museum visits, to tips about the best route to take to the Cape of Good Hope. The breakfasts are truly amazing - believe the reviews! You can stop with the fabulous granola, fresh fruit and yogurt but then it would be a crime not to enjoy Beach's omelettes - the best we've ever tasted and his French toast (My daughter's favourite). We can't wait to go back and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Capetown.

Room Tip: We had the Ocean room which was huge and with plenty of room for an ample-sized bed for my daughter...

My husband and I stayed at Boutique 10 for 3 nights this last week and we can't say enough good things about it! The Ocean View room we had was just that...an ocean view from our bed. The room and bathroom were large enough that we truly felt spoiled. Our hosts, Jen and Beach, made the pampering complete with a delicious breakfast, advice, and just genuine caring. When we left, we felt we were leaving friends and a home, not just a guest house.

Room Tip: I don't think they have a "bad" room. We were in the Ocean View room and I saw the Lio...

We were lucky enough to stay in Lions Head in late April. Our room was HUGE,spotless and the view over Camps Bay from the terrace was unbeatable.,The bed so comfortable made for a great nights sleep. Jen and Beach are the most welcoming of hosts who greeted us with a wonderful glass of the finest South African wine on our arrival. Breakfast was incredible, Beach's omelettes are a must have. The girls who help with breakfast are especially friendly, their big genuine smiles were a delight each morning. Jen and Beach were brilliant at recommending and booking superb restaurants. We so enjoyed socialising with the other like minded guests each evening at sun down. A First Class B&B. We will be back!

We came here on honeymoon and spent a week having an amazing time.
The hosts beach and jen are both wonderful people and just made sure we made the most of our holiday from booking restaurants, recommendations, etc but also just being great people to talk to. The rooms are huge with amazing views. Breakfast amazing. The view from the pool area is probably one of the best views in the world. Never get bored of the sunset. Cape Town and camps bay are just great areas.
We have complimentary wine in room. Complimentary arrival drinks and also champagne to celebrate ! There is also a honesty system bar system which is a good idea.
We loved out to me here not just because the accmodation is of such a high standard but because the hosts are so great. Thank you.

Definitely recommend staying at Boutique@10 B&B in Camps Bay. The owners are so kind and friendly, and the breakfast is superb and healthy and plentiful ! The view from the terrace is straight over Camps Bay. The rooms are heavenly and made a perfect stay during our holidays in south Afrika. Cannot fault it on any level. Sheer paradise, and thanks for having us !

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the jacuzzi, as our friend stayed in that one !

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Boutique at 10 is unique accommodation located on the edge of Camps Bay's central ravine. We are perfectly centered above Camps Bay Beach, with full view of the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic Ocean. All this coupled with uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastal landscape and ocean, from north to south, as far as the eye can see, yet only a 10-15 minute walk down to Camps Bay Beach and its famous restaurant strip.Positioned in the heart of Camps Bay on the Atlantic Seaboard, the Boutique is just a 5 minute drive to the Table Mountain Cable Car Station, 10 minute drive to Cape Town CBD and V&A Waterfront, 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and a leisurely and scenic drive to the Cape of Good Hope, the Cape Wine lands and the many beautiful golf courses that the Cape has to offer. The boutique style villa, a blend of Swiss chalet and beach cottage, originally built in 1955 and remodeled 35 years later by its second and current owners, David Beach and Jennifer, features 4 spacious and ocean-facing guest suites. The Boutique features an open and spacious design, which leans towards old school, with a variety of rich woods, french doors, large arched windows, brass wall lamps and the original wrought-iron balustrade which were, with great care, removed from the historical Sea Point President Hotel, that was demolished back in the early '90s.To ensure guests comfort, all suites, which are serviced daily, include 32-40 inch LCD flat screens, complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity, air-conditioning for room climate control, electronic safes, hair dryers, tea and coffee trays and en-suites with shower and/or bath. Three of the guest suites feature beds that can be made into two singles or a king, while the Ocean Suite offers a stylish, king-size wooden sleigh bed, designed and hand crafted by a good friend. All are draped in pure white linen and splashed with colourful hand painted throws, extra length pillows, scatter cushions and are dressed with goose down duvets and flat sheets.Sliding glass doors lead to a large common outdoor balcony for the Ocean and Lions Head Suites on the upper level. The Deck Suite opens up to the main pool deck and the Beach Suite has a private entrance and private garden patio. Both are located on the main level of the house and can accommodate a third single bed upon request.A healthy breakfast of coffee or tea, fresh juice, toast and cereals, eggs, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt and seasonal fruit, is served in the open plan guest lounge which flows onto the main wooden pool deck making a spacious and inviting area in which to eat and lounge. Five large double doors open up from the lounge onto the pool deck to allow nature's beauty, the fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of birds to blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is Boutique at 10.The popular guest lounge, with the original stone wall and rustic fireplace, warms the body on cool evenings ... while a glass of Cape wine warms the soul ...You may just never want to leave ... ... more   less
