We have returned again to enjoy another holiday in this outstanding hotel . Every member of staff delivers a high level of service, with a smile and personal greeting ......always. Our every whim and wish is attended to by the highly experienced concierge team and by the restaurant teams throughout the hotel. The delights of Cape Town and its surrounding areas are all within easy reach. This hotel provides a luxury holiday which is not easily beaten elsewhere. The head chef exceeded our expectations by providing a stunning Christmas Day lunch .

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautifully furnished ,with large very comfortable beds and the most luxurious bed...

Our daughter got married on 18 December 2013 at The Twelve Apostles. A perfect setting, if there ever was one! The weather played along beautifully. Although very hot, a soft breeze could be felt now and again. Beautiful white umbrellas gave shade to all the guests outside which made for a romantic feel in the garden, with the blue sea on the one side and the mountain on the other side. More romantic, is difficult to beat.

Inside the venue looked like a fairytale, which made the dining experience a real treat.

Thank you to Stephanie Hall, Willem and the rest of the A Team. The whole event went without any hitches. The staff were accommodating, friendly and smiling all the Way. From the booking to the good byes, all went excellent and the bride and groom were pampered and spoiled .

We stayed in The Twelve Apostles Hotel in Cape Town for 4 nights. The hotel is set in the mountainside overlooking the Atlantic and with wonderful views of Table Mountain. The room was lovely, Leopard Bar delightful, and the breakfast buffet and dinner in Azure Room delicious. The highlight, besides the spectacular sunsets viewed from the patio of the bar, was the gracious service. The staff was always attentive and engaging, especially the wait staff of the Leopard Bar. This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in.

We just came back from a stay at this hotel. The whole experience was just out of this world. The staff in the hotel were so attentive and polite all the time. The views at the hotel were superb. I willl definitely keep coming back here every time we come back to Cape Town. One of the top hotels of the world.

Room Tip: If you get a suite, get rooms on the second floor facing the ocean. It view is spectacular.

We stayed at 12A for a short break on their dinner and movie night special. Everything was 5 star, not just the hotel or the location or views. The staff, the way they made you feel, the food...every detail. The hotel itself is stunning and there is so much to do. We went on a short walk up the mountain, relaxed in the gardens and managed to get a spa booking which was also fabulous.
Dinner was amazing though quite substantial so we decided to relax in our room and asked for the DVD rather than go to the movie theatre. After dinner we were brought some goodies, hot choc, popcorn and our DVD to watch at our leisure :-)
The feel of this hotel and the people is just one of the best I've experienced and would definitely be going back.

Room Tip: All the rooms have something special about them. I have stayed in a sea view room and a mountain fac...

Booked 2 nights to start our honeymoon. Hotel management gave us lots of free goodies and 2 room level upgrades! 2 nights were not enough to enjoy this amazing hotel. I see us going back again soon.

Staff are friendly and so helpful, food is great, views are breathtaking, spa is such a cherry on top of our entire stay.

We had a perfect weekend, the service was phenomenal, the setting was unrivaled. We saw whales in the bay all evening while having champagne at the Leopard bar! It was honestly the best weekend. Food was delicious with the most friendly and unpretentious staff you would ever meet at a hotel of this calibre. Our room and particularly the turn down service was fantastic and made our wonderful time so much more romantic.
