We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in SA and Mauritius, can not say how superb the Hotel really is. We had a problem with our bathroom after arriving and we were immediately upgraded to a 2 bed apartment with apologies. Any request you possible could have is taken care of immediately (trips to local attractions, pick up from waterfront, room service etc). All the staff are just so professional and friendly. The food in 1800 degrees is also gorgeous. We are already planning another trip to Cape Town and Cape Royale is definitely where we are going to be staying.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at the cape royale. Very spacious apartments; both bedrooms were of a good size and the 2 bathrooms were spacious too. A maid comes over twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening to clean your room. You also get a personal butler, who was very helpful. Concierge were excellent and the hotel offers you a free pick up service within a 5km radius, which is very handy, especially when going out at night. The wait time for the pick up is not long at all. Hotel was in a great location; great views on the football stadium and about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront.

Excellent service - very personalized! Staff was very attentive to your every need as if you were the only guest at the hotel. Quiet excellence!
