Staff couldn't be more helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I could hope for - a small well equipped kitchenette, a small balcony, good shower, and importantly for me - internet access that works ! It is really good value for money, close to the shops in Sea Point and a 5 minute walk to the sea. Lovely.

After searching the internet I've come across this highly recommended boutique hotel in Seapoint. After our 5 night stay I can fully understand why this centrally located hotel is so highly recommended. From our arrival to departure it was an absolute joy, well sized rooms, comfortable king size bed, kitchenette with everything you need and most importantly the most friendly staff.

This hotel has everything one could need in the bedroom from an iron to a hairdryer to swimming towel to blankets to a bathrobe... you pay a very reasonable price for a nice hotel room that comes with a great comfy mattress and aircon that works really well. They have no pool or breakfast option but are a 100m walk away from Seapoint pools and 50m walk away from three lovely coffee shops. All in all I would def stay there again. Its not a resort, its a hotel that gives you the basics and gives them to a top quality.

Room Tip: Standard rooms dont seem to have any view, you look into the building next door but they have nice steel blinds to break that view for you. Ask for rooms on the top floor for better view.

Our stay was terrific thanks to the wonderful hotel and staff there. Rooms are spotless and very spacious. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Location very central. Sat on the patio and had a picnic meal there which was so nice and relaxing. Coffee in the foyer was super, and always available, 24 hours a day.

A cute little boutique hotel, located in the Seapoint neighborhood, Atlantic Affair is a wonderful place! The staff are all very friendly and will help you with anything you need. They can also recommend many great tours. Leave time in your schedule to do tours recommended to you, you will not be disappointed! The rooms were modern and clean and to my surprise large (what I am used to in America) sized rooms. Your room will have a mini (bar) fridge, dishes, electric water pot and we even had a heated towel rack (I discovered this on the last day). The neighborhood is cute and has a Primi Piatti right on the corner, we ate there a few times and I highly recommend it! If you take any of the sketch fake cabs they will not know where this hotel is, so learn the directions yourself so you can avoid driving in circles! The red cabs (with white lettering- the name is escaping me!!) are what the hotel always calls for you and they know where this hotel is at. Get a card from them and have restaurants call the company to get rides back at the end of your days. They are the best, cheapest and you will always feel safe. Stay at this little gem of a hotel and you will not be disappointed!
