We have stayed in hotels around the world, and this has been the best.

Super friendly staff, immaculate rooms. It is amazing!

Just book it. A big thank you to Leswell for making Cape Town unforgettable.

We stayed in the Atlantice Affair for a total of five days, in apartment 301 (penthouse) on the top floor. The apartment was spotlessly clean and decor modern and elegant. We had a large balcony area for our private use, with a partially obscured, but good view down the road to the sea and in the other direction we had a good view of Lion's Head Mountain.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early and helping with taxis, recommendations for where to go for food and nightlife.

Our apartment had a separate kitchen/ living area with fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, tea/ coffee making facilities and excellent air-conditioning. The bathroom was a good size, as was the bedroom (with one of the biggest beds I've ever seen!). We also had access to the Hotel's wi-fi. The location was good, Seapoint seems to have more of a city-vibe than the touristy Waterfront area, the sea-front is within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, and there are several good cafes on Regents Road (a minute's walk from the Hotel). It is a good base if you have a car, as Camps bay, Llandudno Beach, Table Mountain Cable Car, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Houts Bay are all only short, easy drives away.

There is not an on-site restaurant, but there are several good cafe's close by, and the City/ Waterfront restaurants are around a 45 Rand taxi ride away.

I can not recomment this place highly enough, if we ever head back to Cape Town I would not hesitate to book here again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. They allowed us early check in, the staff was very friendly from the beginning helping us make phone calls to find a rent a car and even loaning us a notebook to take to the room. Then when we couldn't get a car because of the high season, they loaned us their company vehicle for 2 days. When we tried to make reservations for the following week after our return from a Safari and everything was booked, they provided us with one night at a special apartment and again gave us the company car, this time for 3 days without us even staying in their hotel. I have never seen service like this anywhere in the world. The room was very spacious and beautiful, the location is very close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

Good location plus great hostpitality puls high comfort equals Atlantic Affair. We did appreciate the convenience and relaxation this exquisite hotel offered us. I'd say that if a camping lodge is the best for a safari in East Africa, then a hotel like this would be the one for a stay in CT. One of my friends made good use of the kitchen corner for he's a little addictive to fast noodles:). Additionally, the hotel itself gave me and my wife a good example of renowned South Afircan modern interior design, based on which we had a better idea of furnishing our new house.
Talking about advises, I believe a car or wagon from the hotel, instead of calling in from outside, would be nice for backpackers on budget.

Atlantic affair is the best boutique hotel ever. I loved it more than most of the 5 stars hotels in Cape Town. Very trendy, Cozy, and Beautiful...
Great service I got while doing the reservation. We have experienced an amazing hospitality during our stay like we are the only customers there (although it's full!!).
And the best of all is the Incredible Staff (:

It's a must to try if you are going to Cape Town (:

We stayed at Atlantic Affair for only one night (sadly!) at the start of our trip to a wedding in Cape Town. The hotel is located in Sea Point, a nice area about 35 rand in a taxi from the centre of Cape Town. Only a small hotel, we stayed in room 1. The room was a very generous size, upon entering there is a useful kitchen area leading to a good sized lounge/diner. To the right was a superb bedroom with a huge very comfy bed. The bathroom was large and very clean. The hotel staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help you. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, please go and experience it.

Atlantic Affair is Perfect. Location, service, safety, value for money and definately their excellent rooms. We stayed for 1 night and was amazed by the classy designer decor n spacious rooms. Secure packing n free wifi was available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would have loved to stay longer. Definately the hotel to stay during a visit to Cape Town. Thanks AA again for the unforgettable experience.
