I went to Buzbeys based on a recommendation. Ours was a table of 14, and the restaurant was full, so we expected some form of delay in receiving our meals. However the wait was worth it as the food was superb. I had a sirloin with a Dijon sauce. I have eaten steak all over the world but have never experienced the taste sensation of every mouthful being better than the last.
The décor and comfort might not be worth writing home about but I will return there often simply because the food was memorable and far better than most restaurants offering steak as their specialty.
