Love 15 on Orange! Equal favourite city hotel I have ever stayed at - the other being the Mandarin in KL). Stayed with my husband and baby in August in a deluxe Table Mt view room and were extremely well accommodated.

Extraordinary view of Table Mt. Ceiling to floor and wall to wall windows. Loved it!! Even better than the photos.

Love the consistently funky decor and design throughout the room and hotel, with great attention to detail.

The deluxe room was spacious. We placed the baby cot at one end of the room and were able to happily watch the TV by the bed (one of two TVs in the room). Loved the bathroom, especially the bath and it's sparkly white tiled recess.

The only negatives were patchy service at breakfast, sometimes with a bit of attitude, and only having a rain shower style shower in the bathroom, rather than a regular out facing shower or handheld with good pressure. I really dislike having the shower water coming down directly on top of my head even if I am washing my hair. Regarding the service at breakfast, we weren't advised that there were different types of tea available, that you could order off the al la carte menu if you have the buffet. We happened to find out on the last say of our stay when we asked.

I wouldn't bother staying in a room that isn't Table Mt, and the rooms smaller than the deluxe would probably have been too small for us. The smaller rooms do look very small, and the rooms face into the lobby atrium are not private.

Happy with the location, primarily due to the Table Mt views and thought the car parking was well priced.

Loved it overall.

Room Tip: Deluxe room with Table Mt view.

A trendy and boutique-styled hotel is in the heart of Cape Town, next to the planetarium and South African Museum, the quite wonderful Company Gardens and a hop and a skip from the happening Long Street. Personally, I prefer a hotel closer to the sea and a room with a view but alas, the room we were assigned looked into the central well of the building with windows that never opened. The décor was also a bit glitzy for my taste.
On the plus side, the rooms were generously sized, well maintained and with upmarket finishes. The gym was well equipped and the buffet breakfast fabulous.
Where the hotel lost points was that there was no sign of a porter to help with luggage or direct us to the parking on our arrival. There was also a problem with housekeeping (failure to do the room one morning or to return in the evening for the bed turndown and to replace towels after we asked them to come back after 5 minutes). To management's credit, I received a very prompt phone call from the guest relations manager in response to my complaints the very day I got home promising that on my next visit, I could be assured of perfect service. I believe that this would probably be the case.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the mountain.

The property was magnificent, an upscale chic, glamorous boutique hotel, chandeliers, modern design. Large spacious rooms - more like a suite, elegant bathrooms with a large tub and separate shower. Impeccable decor and detail. Great staff, fabulous buffet breakfast. Great for business traveler or hip couple.

Room Tip: There are suites that overhang the lobby, if you want something extra special book one of those!

Came here for work - got much more than I expected. Great hotel with modern design and modern touches. And my direct view of the mountains was to die for! Second best part was the marble sink with backlighting that was breathtaking. I travelled with a work colleague and I asked him if he turned on the vantiy light, and he did not, and he so missed out. I wish he could have seen it because it is amazing to see the light shine through the stone turning the whole vanity disco orange at night. Now how can I fit that in my own house?

Room Tip: If you don't get the mountain view then you are surely missing out.

This hotel ticks all the boxes....and they even cross the "t's" and dots the "i's"!. Love the bathrooms and size of the rooms.....luxurious and every need catered for. Super fast wi-fi included.
Would be unhealthy to stay too long...can not resist the food. The Norwegian salmon starter a must! Douglas and his team just raised the bar for me. All the staff extremely helpful and patient. Even thought the bar area decor looks like it comes straight from a 1970 porn movie it just works! Funky funky funky decor all the way through the hotel. i'll be back to visit this gem...

Room Tip: Choose a room with a full view of Table Mountain. The rooms facing the inside not my preference.

We are Procard holders and decided to spoil the family to a weekend in CT - 15 on Orange was a welcome change to the typical hotel one goes to. Very modern, lots of amneities, friendly staff and good service. Our bar fridge was broken and this was attended to in 10 mins - new one fitted and all ok. The double room was blissful - kids had their own decor touches and surprise sweets next to the bed. Our room was very spacious and welcoming. Bathrooms a delight.

Room Tip: Hotel faces North but the view of Table Mountian would be to the South.

Highly recommended. The service was fabulous. The meals were beautifully prepared and served. At the cocktail lounge we were served the most glorious canapes. The rooms are very luxurious and the beds were turned down with chocolates, gowns, slippers and a special cousion for the bath to rest your head on.

Room Tip: Some rooms have inside view and some outside.
