Friendly nice couple with a nice little B&B in perfect location near restaurants.
Not scambled eggs... but a good breakfast with "real" bread, youghurt and fruits. If you looking for a beer or a galls of wine in the afternoon just help your self and pay a little when you check out.

Staying with Anna and Kenneth made the stay even better than expected. Instead of being a "fish in a fishtank" observing Cape Town, we felt like citiziens of Cape Town and enjoyed life in CT as being "one of them" as Anna and Kenneth generously shared their experience and suggestions for the best stay.
As a Swede, one also appreciate the extra care as fire alarms in each room, elegant bathroom, carefully restored Victorian building, and rooms with great atmosphere.
Even if we brought 3 lively young kids, we felt welcome.
Extra +++++ for curtains keeping the rooms dark.
We used 2 rooms out of 4 possible.

Perfect location near citycentre. Close to amenities. The owners are very nice and serviceminded. They also arrange activities and excursions on request. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We loved it!

Fantastic place, good healthy breakfast, very accommodating. We booked the day before & arrived with 2 mountain bikes as well as bike bags. The lovely couple that runs this place were very welcoming, found us space for all our stuff & made us feel right at home. Great WiFi. Great location. Would highly recommend!

Our visit to Villa Cape Adventures felt like staying with friends, a guest to Anna and Kenneth. It was a homelike visit in a room with a fireplace and Oregon pine floor and a modern bathroom.
The service was personal and the location of the place was perfect, near to many restaurants and small shops and we could see Table Mountain from the balcony where we had our breakfast.

The owners, Kenneth and Anna, have managed to create a lovely guesthouse in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The four rooms are all very cosy and the breakfast should absolutely be enjoyed on the balcony with a great view to Table Mountain. There is a nice little pool on the groud floor and you can buy beverages for a small amount of money. I must mention the fantastic hospitality of the people who own the place and the two people working there. Also the trips Kenneth arranges are absolutely great, I can especially recommend the ones to the township of Khayelitsha and to the wine district in Stellenbosch. It was a memorable week I spent there and I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse to everyone visiting Cape Town.
