I fail to see how anyone can write an unfavourable review of this hotel. For me, it is the only place to stay in Capetown. The service is exceptional, the room we had was beautiful with views of the marina and Table mountain. Staff are friendly and charming. I could go on, but everything about the Cape Grace, for me, was perfect and I wish I could go back tomorrow!!

We have stayed at the Cape Grace before in 2010 and returned last week. This hotel is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in from the quality and cleanliness of the rooms to the staff were so polite and helpful. If you are going to Cape Town its well worth the extra money to stay here we loved every moment of our 8 night stay
We will return without doubt !!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cape Grace hotel, which coincidentally was our 49 anniversary . The welcome staff was EXCELLENT, and all the other staff, great breakfast buffet for our tour group . We especially enjoyed the brief relationship with the concierge "par excellence"
Liezel van Schalkwyk. Being in walking distance of the v &A Waterfront shops , dining and a wonderful spot overall. We enjoyed a harbor tour there and Helicopter ride around the city and Table Mountain. It was great!
The staff did surprise us with a bottle of bubbly in our room one night. No question we would return whenever the opportunity arrises.

From the position by the V&A Waterfront, to the staff, the food and the wine it is quite superb. One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the World. We had room 16, located on the ground floor with balcony windows onto the yacht marina. The room is very spacious with walk in wardrobes, fantastic bathroom with a bath that fills with water so fast you can barely turn around! Really good toiletries and glorious towels, bathrobes and slippers. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge! Biscotti to go with them too. The bed was very very comfortable with beautiful linens. My husband loved the nightly chocolates too. The food is extremely good and the wines very affordable. The Spa is very cheap and the massages are great. All the staff were very friendly and always had a smile. We will be back.

Room Tip: Any room has great views - either of the marina or out across the bay.

The service at this hotel is truly first class, the rooms excellent and the position good. All the staff are helpful. This is one of our favourite hotels world-wide and we are already thinking of re-visiting in 2015, for our Golden Wedding..
