This hotel was of very competent standard.
The staff were accomodating and obliging.
Its location is very good and convenient .
I would certainly recommend this hotel for all its atributes.
One thing that could be annoying is the parking situation.
There is not much space and very awkward to turn.
However the staff helped by arranging a parking close by on the road.

Located in Sea Point just metres from the promenade on the Atlantic ocean make this hotel very special. We were upgraded to a suit, which means we had a bigger room on the top floor with great (partial because of another building) sea views. The breakfast covers a variety of continental and warm options. The lunch and dinner menu is not so exciting and a bit over priced. I would rather recommend that you walk up the road to one of a variety of great restaurants in Sea Point. The service was friendly and efficient. Remember we had the one of the bigger rooms on the top floor. The other rooms seem to be very small. I recommend this place based on service, quality and location.

Room Tip: As indicated in review, I think the standard rooms are very small. The rooms on the top floor is mo...

I stayed for 1 night on business. The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. Whilst the room was clean and acceptable, the hotel seems more like a renovation of an older building that a new modern hotel. I have seen other other Premier Hotels and this was not quite as modern as the others. I would however still recommend it for a quick business stay, acceptable for an overnighter.

Stayed here in February for 10 nights, location is very good, Sea front is less than a minute walk, plenty of restaurants nearby on Main road cca 2 min walk. Room spotlessly clean with aircon. Glad we had a room facing the ocean and not the building site on the other side of the hotel. Staff was good, however not very talkative.
Cannot comment on dinner and breakfast quality, did not have it at the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the sea.

I am giving this hotel 5 stars as the overall experience we had here was excellent. We stayed here for argus race (the hotel is 5km from start - easy riding, and 2km from finish) it was the most reasonably priced hotel we could find over that weekend, that was close to all the action.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were given room 601 (incredible view, large windows on each side of room) rooms are quite small but not compared to European hotels. A fridge in the room would've been the only thing that I would've wanted. The bed was king sized, with great linen. There was a lot of light coming from passage outside the room but nothing that a few towels couldn't solve.

Breakfast was good and well priced. The location of the hotel was very good. Sea point promenade is great for evening walks and jogs. There's an amazing restaurant (la boheme) just up the rd with in walking distance (200-300m) as well as some Italian restaurants which looked very nice.

Parking was very limited and we often had to park in the streets. but it wasn't too much of a hassle.

Will definitely stay here again

Stayed with a group of 20 on walking holiday.

Plus points: great deals available, great breakfast, good service, comfortable beds, wide range of tea / coffee in room, nice toiletries!

Minus points: not many rooms have good views, building works opposite from 8:00 to 4:00 but not that noisy, very small pool and surrounds not often in the sun, some rooms noisy aircon, small bathrooms
