Great value and lovely little hotel in Cape Town. Awesome service - Antonio was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with tour and restaurant info, and even sorted me out for a tailor to urgently take up some trousers the same day! Very clean and tidy hotel, central to everything. Would definitely recommend it anyone wishing to stay in CT.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, and assisted us with booking transfers.
The room was adequate, and what we expected for the price. The facilities were clean, and we enjoyed the fact that the windows opened so we could have fresh air. The location was convenient to the hop on bus tour, which has a stop at the district 6 museum at the end of the street and down a block. The neighbourhood is rather empty at night. Only complaints we had were the shower alternated between freezing and scalding - it was hard to keep a constant temperature. Also we heard a lot of noise from other guests in the halls and stairs while we were trying to sleep . Carpeting the hallway and closing the doors to the stairway would solve this. I would stay here again and would say it is nicer than places i have stayed in Cape Town which cost more.

We just spent 48 hours in this beautiful city, and not many hours in the hotel. The reception started with a perfect in time pick up at the airport and was continued at the hotel itself in a perfect and friendly way. The building is not the newest, but the rooms are clean, have TV and a safe. Breakfast was great and the information we received for touristic purpose was accurate and helpful. It is a true recommendation if you want to spend most of your time outside, but still like to feel "home" when coming to the place.

from the first moment I arrived at the hotel the staff were so helpful in helping me settle in. It being my first trip to Cape Town they were extremely helpful with directions and helping me get taxis to get around. An over all wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

A very comfortable 3 star hotel, central Cape Town. If you enjoy the vibe of a city a great hotel, not fancy but comfortable and good value for money.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is ok

Not a hotel for people with kids or for people who want a beach holiday

You can walk anywhere in the cbd from the hotel

Also good if in town on business

Thought it was excellent value for money, room for improvement... in that the towels could be a bit thicker and a better selection of cheeses and cold meats would certainly make for a better breakfast experience.

The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel although lacking atmosphere offers some of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten.

I staied 2 nights this hotel. I did not have any plan in cape town, because I came for business. However, when I asked some good place to hotel's staff,
they advised many good place, and they arranged good tour for us.
Also, I am Japanese, and they prepared Japanese guide book in my room.
If I have chance to go to Cape Town next time, I want to stay this hotel.
I feel that this hotel is best hotel in cape town for me.

I had a great time at the Parliament. First, the hotel staff are super kind and friendly, my room was cozy and had a good view, the English breakfast was delish and coffee strong, and there's a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door. Many museums and other sights are walking distance. Love this place.
