We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of our African adventure. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff in the office were very helpful and the use of the computers very welcome.
The position of the apartments is ideal, just a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and many activities. One felt very safe walking here, even at night, the security in the waterfront is very evident. We had an excellent view over the canal.
The apartment itself although very grand was a little 'tired' with some cracked paintwork and the sofas obviously having been well used. It had a faulty tap which was unusable in one of the bathrooms, but as there were only two of us, and another bathroom, this was not a problem. the apartment was very well equipped.
We enjoyed the 'Open Top Bus' which was most informative along with the trip to Robben Island, which was very thought provoking. Afternoon tea at the Mount Nelson Hotel was a very special occasion and is to be highly recommended.
Unfortunately the weather prevented us going on our whale watching trip, and seeing the top of Table Mountain. We understand the weather can be very unpredictable in Cape Town, but this did not stop us enjoying our stay.More
