“There may not be Silver, but it's a Golden Walk”
Reviewed 6 February 2014

I have walked here many times, the walk to the top of the mountain is splendid and the views of the Cape exhilarating. There is a pick nick area by the reservoir and good car parking. It's a beautiful area just outside Cape Town and well worth a visit.

“Amazing views”
Reviewed 5 February 2014

We did the west entrance which gives amazing views over Cape Town/Hout Bay and the CHampans Peak drive/ Atlantic and Indian Oceans/ and down to Simons Town and the Cape of Good Hope, which is amazing from one walk. The signage is poor you need to try to decipher the maps, but you can't go too far wrong.

“Beautiful place for hiking”
Reviewed 3 February 2014

This place is very beautiful for hiking. Most of the hiking trails are flat so it is very easy compared to other hiking places.

What a walk, beautiful surrounds make the trek well worth it. Make sure you take lots of water as believe me it gets hot there.
