The evening started great, nice establishment, good atmosphere, great starter. Both of us had the bruscetta and we both liked it very much. But for the main course, the staff member who was in charge of the pizza's apparently was a hurry to end his day. Almost the entire top of my calzone was black on the outside and it was covered with tomato sauce. I've never had a calzone with tomato sauce on top so to me it felt like the staff member was trying to hide his mistake. The inside of the calzone wasn't as warm as it normally should be.
My girlfriends pizza wasn't as warm either. When we mentioned this to the waiter all he could say was a brief "sorry". Feeling disappointened we just paid the bill and left. Pity, this could have ended much better if managed properly.
