“Very recommendable!”

Stayed @ Loloho for a week over x-mas and New Year 08/09. Centrally located close to Waterfront and beaches.
The place lacks for a panoramic view, though, and the narrow Sea Point roads around it might seem a bit adventurous at first (believe me, they're VERY narrow!) - nevermind: You'll be welcomed by very friendly hosts, the Lodge is a true oasis, gorgeous pool, delicious breakfast, clean and tidy rooms (no A/C but DVD players) and all that for a very reasonable tariff. Will stay there again.

Small, cosy and safe lodge with a familiar atmosphere, only minutes away from shops and restaurants at Sea Point. Frank and Simon are taking excellent care of their guests. Nice to relax next to the small pool after a day of sightseeing

Loloho is a piece of peaceful and an adorable place to stay...For me and my husband was a set of things that has made us feel very happy to choose Loloho .. The friendliness of the hosts, Simon and Frank, combined with the comfort of the room, soft sheets, bed extremely comfortable .. bedroom well ventilated, clear .. A yard full of flowers, with chairs to stay in the sun reading a good book, relaxing after a day of walking, by the pool, taking a wine ....Was perfect! The breakfast is very well served with several choices of breads, fruit and you can enjoy it in comfortable tables in the courtyard .. In addition to all Frank and Simon were extremelyattentive, helping us with tips and making some reservations for us in great tours..definitely, if you are looking for a nice place to stay at capetown you must to stay at Loloho!

Found Loloho Lodge on the net with true excellent website, great location at Sea Point for city, V&A and local tourist destinations. Good local restaurants and essential shops/car hire. Accomadation new and modern with walk in shower and flat TV. Cosy sunbed terrace and clean salt water pool. Breakfast catered for every need and could be eaten outside on the patio served by the owners Frank and Simon who made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great place to stay for the 25+55 myself and Ruth being the higher end of the scale. I would recommend Loloho Lodge for business or pleasure and will deffinately return on our next visit to Cape Town,

I have just spent 2 weeks staying in Loloho Lodge. It was my first visit to Cape Town and the owners, Frank and Simon, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Marvellous to be met at the airport! They are a fount of information, well able to give advice about Cape Town and the surrounding areas.
The rooms are a very good size, well furnished and clean. The pool, garden and patio provide a great space for relaxation.
I for one will be back!!

This is a very new guesthouse located in Sea Point, managed by Simon and Frank, two really nice guys, who really try to care for their guests and pamper them. We got their accidentelly by recommendation from another guesthouse which was fully booked at that time. This proved to be a precious recommendation.
Loloho hast just opened a few month ago; e.g. that everything is new, well cared and maintained.
We had a lovely room with an excellent queen-size bed, Flat-TV, a walk-in shower...Interesting for a techi like me, you have got very fast cable internet and each room hast its own security system, although we didn't face any kind of crime in the area during our stay.
Breakfast was either taken on the terrace or the big table in the dining room and provided everything we liked, especially the fruit salad.
Personally, we loved the saltwater pool, which was absolutely clean and the sunbeds next.
All in all, we think a great new addition to Cape Town's guesthouse scene. Next time in Cape Town, we will stay there again.
