It must be us, everyone elses experience seems to differ from ours. I'm sorry, the hosts are very pleasant, keen to offer the best route, the things to do and see, the best places to eat.
The dining isnt ideal perched at a breakfast bar, while views are great, the seating isnt ideal. Breakfast was delicious, but had to find our own fruit sometimes. Bit put off by the flies coming in through the open window and landing on the uncovered food.
To get a great view its obvious you need to be a fair way up the mountain, so location, for the view good, for anything else you need a car or be capable of a steep hill climb!
Our room was on the lower floor with a hazardous trip (in the middle of night) down a flight of stairs to the bathroom.
This was our first B&B on a tour of SA so we were not comparing to to anything better or worse, we were just expecting something betterMore
