“Lovely family dinner”
Reviewed 5 September 2013

Our family of six, including two children, enjoyed the tasty food and warm atmosphere very much. The belly dancing is always a treat, and especially for the children who were amazed. Do try the chicken and mango curry, as well as the sirloin dolmasi, both are worth it!

“Cosy atmosphere, delicious meals!!”
Reviewed 3 September 2013

We have often had lunch at "Kafe Serefe" and have always enjoyed the meals. After being seated, they bring you "turkish delight" and a lovely fragrant eau de cologne "hand wash" which I feel is a special touch. All the meals are excellent. My husband loves the lamb schwarma and I love the calamari. As they are situated above the best Deli/Butchery in George you are guaranteed to have the very best in local meat dishes/Karoo lamb. The decor and music are authentic Turkish which lends itself to a fairly exotic atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the service excellent. Next time we will go in the evening and watch the belly
dancing, it sounds like great fun.

“Excellent food and service!”
Reviewed 6 July 2013

Did not have a booking and the restaurant was fully pre booked for dinner late on Tuesday afternoon, I explained to Karlien that we would love to taste their food . She arranged a table for us as the dinner guests had not arrived as yet. Food was divine and service was great. I will eat here again.

“A Turkish experience”
Reviewed 24 June 2013

Wow, wow, wow! Small but cozy with nice atmosphere. Excellent menu with a variety for the whole family. My favorite is the Spinach and butternut lasagna (vegetarian) and the sirloin with green figs and walnuts. Jummy!
