As usual we travelled without reservations through the Cape region in February this year. In Hermanus we tried to get a room in B&Bs which we knew from the past, all full. Then we looked for alternatives, some nice but overpriced B&Bs were available, but we didn´t really like them. Finally we found the the ***star Cliff Cottage, a lovely place, nicely situated at the cliff on the way to the habor, value for money and very nice hosts, Chuck and Dot. Chuck is a perfect guide for the region, with plenty of good ideas. Consequently, next time we will make reservations.
They have good relations to the Cape Vue B&B in Franschhoek. Two B&Bs of one kind..
