This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Hermanus. We have eaten there on several occasions and are never disappointed. The menu is small but the food is of a very high standard and service is always friendly.

This restaurant is set in an old house (monument - I am sure) where the meals were fantastically prepared, the service and hosting of the best we have come across in Hermanus. You should realy not miss this quiant little restaurant.

This is an unusual restaurant with an entry though a bookshop. The menu is not extensive but this is a great advantage as everything is fresh and beautifully prepared. Probably the best seared tuna I have ever had! The wine list is limited but is representative of the surrounding area and so perfectly adequate. The atmosphere is particularly friendly and it is obvious that it is well patronised by local people. I liked the way that they were happy to discuss the way the food had been prepared and it is clear that the owners take a great pleasure in providing delicious food. Small so advisable to book ahead.

Not really hard to find but you do need a little map. Such a great and jolly welcome, delicious food in a quirky setting. The asparagus risotto was great and the fish pie was pronounced ten out of ten.
