What a stunning place! We stayed here for 2 nights with a marketing trip and what a pleasure! Stunning views with a super king size bed! Huge bathroom with spa bath and a couples shower with views of the lagoon and total privacy, it was heaven!!!! A definite for anyone and we will be back! Huge thanks to Mandy, Ryan, Elliot, Fish and all the other staff!!!!

Having spent all day on the road it was a welcome relief to drive up to the elephant Lodge guest house and to be greeted by friendly willing staff who even carried our bags to a room that exceeded our expectations. As we were too tired to go out they organized a take away from the local pizza place. We can highly recommend the Lodge. Stunning views clean and very well kept, the breakfast was perfect and the bathrooms have underfloor heating 

We drove into the resort to check if we could find accommodation for one night on the way to Plettenberg Bay. We ended up staying two nights! That's how much we loved the place. The wooden cabins are beautifully done and the rooms are fitted with everything that one can find in a starred hotel - mini fridge, tea/coffee counter, safe etc. The view from the room, the sit-out deck and the bathroom are stunning to say the least. Even while you're lying on the jacuzzi, one can see the expanse of the bay! Ryan, the owner is a great guy and very helpful if you were to ask him for suggestions. We are glad we found this little piece of paradise almost by accident. Shall recommend heavily for couples on vacation or honeymoon.

Room Tip: We had Cabin Number 1 which had a panoramic view of the bay from everywhere.

We found this place just by accident on our way to Port Elizabeth and it was one of the best stays in my life! The host is extremely helpful and charming, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms are simply amazing with a breathtaking view and jacuzzis overlooking the bay. Also the price, compared to european standards, is incredible. If you are in the area and want to have a beautiful place to stay, now you know where to go!
