Dear visitor

We would like to thank you for your positive feedback regarding your visit to our facility!

As a world-class zoological facility, we pride ourselves on our level of standard. A significant portion of the entrance and encounter fees does go towards the upkeep of our animals' health and well-being and also our conservation programmes, so we thank you for your contribution.

I will be sure to pass on your compliments to the relevant staff members - especially Ed.

Hope to see you again soon!

“Incredible!”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 via mobile

I loved my day at the ranch! We did the croc diving which was terrifying, but absolutely thrilling! The lemurs are simply too cute, and it's incredible to be so intimate with these amazing animals. The staff are wonderful, especially the folk at the cage diving!

“Enjoyable experience”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 via mobile

We visited the ranch with our 4 year old and 18 month old kids.

We enjoyed the experience as much as they did.

I was surprised at all the different parks/activities that are available and also how well everything is maintained.

This is a half day excursion not to be missed while visiting Oudtshoorn.

“Only if you like animals...... :)”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

Our kids didn't want to leave this place. You can go into the enclosures and have pictures made with tigers, lemurs, cheetah cubs, etc. Our guide was very interesting and informative, and the research they do with various animal issues is impressive. If you are ever in the area this is definitely worth a visit.

“Bucket list, yep, check it off”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

My wife got to pet a baby cheeta, definitely a bucket list thing. Nice little zoo, with lots of room for the animals and an environmental focus. You should stop if you ever had a desire to get up close and personal with African animals.
