I might as well give up trying to lose weight. You see, I have discovered Juno's chocolate cup cakes. Straight from heaven.

“Great food”

We were in Paarl and had the chance to enjoy a lunch at Cafe Juno. The location is awesome, the food was really tasty. You have to put your orders in early though as you wait a very long time for it to be served.

“Great atmosphere to suit your mood”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2014

Visited Juno for a dinner party and had a nice private area reserved for the party of about 25. Was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant is also a popular dinner spot and not just a pizza and pasta joint. Was a bit disappointed that Saturday evenings are a 'burger only' night since I wanted to give their famous pizza's a try. On Thursdays they only sell pizzas, Friday's is pasta night and Saturdays are burger night. Very limited menu and options to choose from but I opted for the medium beef burger which was really good. Nice flavor to patty served on 3 slices of homemade ciabatta with cheese, caramalised onions and sause. Chips was not great tho. Had a nice glass of dry red Juno wine with it and together it was a great combination.

Also a great place to enjoy a lazy Saturday morning breakfast / brunch or even casual dinner with friends - no fuss. Worth a visit if you like good bread and all the trimmings to go with it. Take it slowly as things don't happen quickly around here....
